Went from thick, dense hair to balding in 2 weeks (srs) (pic)

Went to Italy for 2 weeks.. Came back, and the first thing I hear is "wtf happened to your hair?". Took a pic from the top and my ****ing jaw dropped. Went to a dermatologist, and I was hoping this was a temporary shed because of the change in location, but he said its Male pattern baldness and prescribed me some rogaine and nizoral. **** my life, I'm only 22

Can I actually regrow hair using Rogaine/Nizoral combo? Mostly seems like they slow down the hair loss. **** this ****, I'm not tall or facially aesthetic for pulling off the bald look, and already a social retard. Why the **** did it have to happen to me

Fukin doctor actually tried to sell me some stem cell medication that costs 1200 bucks (srs) for 2 month treatment, that had all but **** conclusions on ncbi. Says that finasteride will be too aggressive at this stage
