Are black people from North America the best athletes in the world? Srs

There are approx. 70 million black people in North America (US, Canada, Jamaica etc.) yet:

a black American female just won gold in swimming,
best female gymnast in the world is black
best female tennis player of our time is black
best male golpher of our time is part black
best wrestler in the world is black
Sprinting is dominated by blacks
All but 3 of the 100 fastest humans ever are black
blacks make some of the best boxers
blacks make some of the best MMA fighters
NBA is dominated by blacks
NFL is dominated by blacks
Dominicans, who are the blackest Latinos, make up a 1/4 players in MLB

if we include South American blacks then you have Pele for soccer and Anderson Silva too, even the best bodybuilders of our time are black.

Yet Africans don't do so well, besides East Africans in marathons they don't really dominate sports. (Although there are some great African athletes based in European countries.) Why?

Possibly, though slavery and eugenics. The weaker slaves were wiped out through Social Darwinism while the fittest survived, and selected breeding (and sometimes even interbreeding) took place. Thus, the strongest and fittest slaves were desirable to possess for agricultural and economic stability purposes.

The same with boxing, some of the best MMA fighters are black, again I don't see your point. In both sports the last most dominant athletes we've seen are black (Mayweather, Tyson, Overeem, Jones, Silva, not even mentioning boxing legends)
