Crazy how DIET is the most/sole important thing to bodyfat levels

You can lift all you want etc. But the fat wont come off unless your DIET is on point and you're eating clean and not excess cals. Sugars not high etc.

Been binge eating junk and chit for the past week, notice and feel the difference. Just blows my mind how DIET is extremely important and can literally determine whether you will slay girls or not fukin lol.

DIET > slaying > chad lol

Truth. If I'm eating high calorie I can put on 10 lbs/month easy. If I'm working hard and eating low calorie, I can take it off at about the same rate.

Still having chicken wings today though

genetics to an extent yes. But for example I'm very sensitive to carbs and fats. They have to be lowered for me to be shredded and have that jawline of piss. But still the same principle applies. DIET is very underrated and literally the only thing stopping majority of people from slaying srs.

Genetics 80%, aerobics (running, work construction) 15%, diet 5%. However different people different situation. Diet is completely insignificant to me.

how is it crazy?

body fat is stored energy, it gets used when you don't get enough energy from eating.

thats it.... dunno how that would be considered surprising or crazy lol

Aware yourself on intermittent fasting breh.

It helps me maintain lower bf % on cut while eating junk food when I'm unable to eat clean.

Good point. I have to do cardio 6 times a week to shred lol. No cardio, gain fat. But once I'm shredded, I look better than most people so good genetics on that side. We have to learn OUR body and what works for us.

I srsly used to think it was my genetics holding me back before I learned how to properly cut lmao. From my personal experience and observing other people I know, body fat has very little to do with genetics and is almost all being at a deficit or surplus. People who are claiming they don't put on weight don't eat a lot of calories or do a lot of physical activity

You don't have to eat "clean" to get very lean, it's just way easier eating clean. Eating "IIFYM" works but requires a lot of tracking and willpower, eating wholefoods, pastured meat and eggs, you can pretty much just whenever you're hungry, guesstimating calories and get the same or better results.

I agree with this. Find diet that work best for you and again that you eat what you enjoy. And such exercises that make you look best.
To perfect fit an low body fat I can come from two directions.
1. have big project where I work hard for months over summer. At end (usually September) I'm 10 pounds lighter and feel excellent.
2. over winter work out seriously for 4 months (4-5 time gym per week). Look my best, but just slightly better then in 1. approach. But feel totally unhealthy.

calories in is the most important. easiest way to get leaner is to cut out calories/sugar from liquids. fruit will also start tasting like a dessert craving.
