"Borderline low test", so you don't have low test....

I've had test results from 220-700, depending on Doctor <300 or <200 qualifies low test. I also took every test hung over as ****.

it could be more revealing to get estrogen levels also as you can have same sides and estrogen problems are more common these days for men

Diet and vitamin/minerals can have an impact on levels, as well as be a solution to low/high readings.

You are 23 dont expect to be given trt for life nor should you want to be.
Edit: just saw 500 levels, lol not even close brah. Get estrogen checked.

youre worried about 500s, when im stuck at 430 at age 28 and doc is giving me a hard time

maybe 3 months ago I had a physical while I was trying to cut to 7-8% bf. lifting and fat loss had both stalled, test came in at 115 ng/dl (barely above normal levels for a woman). a few weeks of retesting and waiting for appointments and eventually I get to a specialist. endocrinologist insisted on having me stop finasteride for month, then retesting after that. this is despite finasteride studies showing no negative correlation with test levels (in theory, it should increase them if anything).

since I thought the finasteride would have no effect and I thought my cut was related to the low T, I decided to go on a high dietary fat bulk. averaging near 150g fat daily, I went from ~9% at 177 to ~13% at 190ish, serum test went from low 100 ng/dl to 430 ng/dl. no improvement since then. now the doc thinks Im fine and doesnt want to prescribe anything

one thing that did come out of the endocrinologists tests was that my prolactin level was high, which can supposedly cause low T - some reading online suggests that lowering prolactin can as much as double your T, which would get me near 900. independently of my docs, im trying OTC supplements that should supposedly lower prolactin. tried mucuna pruriens for 8 days then scheduled a retest through privatemdlabs - it had literally no effect on either T or prolactin. after I got those results, I started trying megadosing vitamin b6 and will retest that in another week or so. still continuing the mucuna in the mean time, so maybe it will have some effect eventually

if I cant get this any higher myself, ill go on another hard cut and tank my T levels, then research docs and pick one that's more likely to prescribe

Manlogic you can't be serious....

You guys really need to stop thinking TRT is some magical solution.
Also purposely tanking your T is full potato to be given a treatment for life which comes with its own problems

If you want T for working out do it like everyone else instead of wrecking your own hormones cause I assure you TRT isn't the same.

I think it's from lack of nutrients. That's what happen you one is low in bf. I think higher fat intake should help.
