Food for thought for brahs trying to become doctors for $$$ (Pic)
If you're trying to become a doctor solely for dat dere sweet cash, then here's something to think about.....

In depth breakdown:
http://www.bestmedicaldegrees.com/salary-of-doctors/
If you don't love the job and have the commitment to purse this for years and willing to work long tedious hours into your 60s, then it's time to change major because there's better options out there that give more money than doctors in the long run.

Intredasting.
I've noticed that most of the premeds I've met don't want that doctor money so much as the prestige. A lot of them have successful parents they feel pressured to live up to.
Most of the smart, poor kids I've met just want to earn more than their parents do, and they major in engineering to get there.

Whole thing doesn't even take in account things like disability insurance.
To be a doctor for the money is a bad choice. Take in account someone has the aptitude, drive, and discipline to become a doctor. There are many other careers that if they put that same energy into, they will make a lot more money, a lot sooner. They could even go into a trade and make more money.
Especially now, where the government is taking over healthcare, and the government is almost completely run by inept retards who really don't know how to do anything (that's why they take govt jobs) and they will try to use their monopoly on healthcare to systematically cut doctor's pay through regulation. From that point there will be a whole chain reaction of events that will collapse the quality of healthcare as we know it.

Interesting.
Also doesn't factor any ROi + compound interest a teacher can get from a side business.
I had one teacher who owned a successful yoga studio and another who cleared 150k annually in selling a super-successful sat prep program.
Getting paid cash for tutoring goes unreported if you do it on the side and can be as high as $60 an hour
A doctor can only throw modest savings at a financial advisor to work with, they can't operate side businesses with the time constraints.
lol at what socialized medicine will do to their wages as well

You know when people say "there's better jobs to make money than becoming a physician"....what jobs are those? Investment bankers, lawyers, and other jobs at white-shoe firms all require extensive schooling (student debt) and/or long hours (low $/hr ratio). Just like medicine.
IB can be even harder to get into because you basically had to go to an Ivy League or similar feeder. So right off the bat you're at a disadvantage if you didn't have the right schooling. Just to work 100hrs/week and maybe jump to PE if you're able.
Besides entrepreneur which is the answer to everything lol. And remaining equal to saving/investing (cuz obv more money you make, more you can invest)...wtf jobs are people talking about

Besides entrepreneur right.
Besides entrepreneur right.
Lawyers get paltry pay on average, compared to a general physician who has practiced for the equivalent amount of years. One of my friends who is now a "senior lawyer" has been practising for 7 years, and his pay is just $75,000 (medium tier commercial law firm).
The GOAT career for easy money, is dentistry ($100k straight out of university here in Australia). It's basically a license to print money. Doctors overtake dentists when they become consultants in respective specialties like surgery, anaesthesiology etc ($400-500k+ easy)

What kind of doctor (GP, physician, surgeon)?
What age/how many years into career?
Also, lol at the fukked amount of tax you have to pay... Don't do doctor for money boyos, small business where you can fiddle the tax and actual business earnings is where the real $$$ are at. Guarantee the owner of the local 7/11 takes home as much as this doctor by the time he pools his few store's earnings together and pulls his clever deals and tricks.
Also, repped for DMD crew- GOAT return on investment compared to spending years upon years just to make consultant.

Now, I am willing to wager that NONE of you misc'ers come anywhere close to the stratosphere of this guys earnings.
$1.1 million... lmao @ equating a medical specialist with some 7/11 cuck pleb.
