Female rental agents are the ****ing worst

Upon inspection the rental agent is meant to look for any signs of damage or potential damage from mess. But no, not female rental agents. Give a woman power and she will abuse it, guaranteed. If she spots a single rice bubble on the floor or a wrapper floated into your yard from the neighbour's place she will write a report and try to talk down to you like a child. They absolutely love talking down to people and feeling superior. Now that I have a male rental agent everything is such a breeze. Life would be so much better if only males worked.

I have to admit, even as a girl, I agree based on my experience. I've had one male rental agent and about 4 females and the females were all bitches. They don't even answer their phones or return messages.

Because all they do is sit in their offices having a good laugh about rental applicants. They literally get a kick out of ignoring tenants they deem to be annoying. And by annoying I mean you''re roof is caving in and called them once to have the issue rectified.

Worked in the northern suburbs for a year. never going back.

Had to deal with a male agent who would often refuse rent in cash. He only wanted checks for some reason.

I never write checks, so I had no idea where my checkbook was, and I straight up told him that. The lease never said anything about only taking checks.


I was only there for a year, and he would usually reluctantly take it anyways though.

Other times, I gave the cash to the roommate, who would write a check for both amounts.

Had one pull the stove away from the wall and find a ball of tinfoil trying to claim that I didn't clean properly to get back my deposit. Had never even used tinfoil in the year I'd been in the place.

Have had five in my life

-cheap ass German dude who owned five buildings and drove a beat up old VW bug, too cheap to put in a deadbolt after someone tried to kick the door in with only a knob lock

-nice old man reminded me of Santa Clause

-despicable slumlord who dgaf about anything but the rent, but wouldn't fix anything unless major

-sweet old lady who reminded me of a grandma version of Bob newhart

-sexy gilf who smokes weed and will cover for me with the owner if I'm late with rent

With women anything, I think a lot of it matters on if you can charm them or not. If you can't, she'll be a bitch. I've charmed bitchy bosses teachers and probation officers, so I don't know these feels of angry landladies

They really are a special breed of uppity kunt. What little power they have goes to their head and they start trying to use long words to make themselves sound clever. I think maybe they think they are hot chit because all their other loser women friends work in admin jobs and they see themselves as having some ceo 10k/day position in ‘property’.

I recently had the usual chit like OP. Many like to hide over email so I called and absolutely roasted the bish on the phone. Got an email from the dumb bish later saying I was getting everything back.

Would bet there is a ball of tinfoil behind everyone's stove. Common trick, you're ready to get out, they find something like that and claim the oven isn't perfectly clean and a lot of people will just agree to let them keep $100 or something.
Seen the same thing with rental cars, they find a paint chip or scrape in some impossible to see area that you'd never notice.
