"A YouTube video showing a girl bound and gagged in a dark room and an unidentified man revealing the macabre scene is being investigated by Wisconsin police, who said Monday the girl may be a teen missing since 2009.
Kayla Berg was 15 when she disappeared after getting dropped off at a house in Wausau in August of 2009. The YouTube video, titled, "Hi Walter! I got a new gf!" appeared online that October -- but spread on social media this past weekend, 7 years later.

"I was at the mall today, and guess what happened? I met this wonderful girl," said the dark-haired man, who is seen wearing glasses and a dark shirt."

I wonder how many of these creepy videos of this nature have been uploaded and unfound on youtube from years back?Someone just happened to come across this years later and it's NOW making news, his one and only video. I hope this girl, if it is indeed her, is alive and well...or if it's another missing child.

WTF that is creepy as hell. It has to be that fat guy right? Even if it was just a prank for his friends, I don't buy that any semi attractive woman would agree to such a thing. And if it was him, what is his reasoning for posting the video?

This video is so autistic and cliche that it almost doesn't even seem real, but at that same time, that could easily be a genuine consequence of his autism levels having reached the heavens.

That shaky/crazy voice at the end when he saying the "I know she hates cameras, Walter..." part is eerie.

Even the mum saw the video and said her voice/screams sounded just like her daughter. Missing in August, this video uploaded in October and to "Walter."
Some Redditors have suggested that the message might be directed to Walter E. Ellis, a Milwaukee serial killer apprehended four days before Berg went missing.
Can you imagine if this is/was part of some large, sick network where they upload their "catches" like a hunter displaying their kills? So scary. I hope to GOD it's a hoax.
