If you were infertile, but wanted kids. Would you adopt or go to a fertility clinic?

Let say you have a wife but you were infertile and after 2 years of trying you guys gave up. However, you have a desire for wanting kids. Would you rather your wife get inseminated with another man's sperm at a fertility clinic and raise the kid or choose to adopt?

in the wild, it's a huge victory for Male-A if he spreads his genes and *tricks* Male-B into raising his kids while he runs off and does it again somewhere else.

I would adopt 100%. There are so many children out there who need good homes. If we were unable to have our own, I would gladly look into adoption as opposed to a fertility clinic.

I'd adopt. No point in bringing another kid into this world who won't be my blood when I can give a childhood to a kid who is already here and would grow up fatherless otherways.

For bros who adopt
Do they tell you about the medical history of the child? like all the stuff his mother/family and their relatives had so you can make an informed decision before you adopt a random ass kid and have all sorts of potential medical problems eventually develop srs.

We spent four years trying for our second. Wife and I both had all kinds of tests done. Had to jizz in a cup twice. She had all kinds of tests and procedures. It was extremely discouraging and heartbreaking going through two miscarriages in that time. We were starting to discuss adoption and I was all for it. But it's a lengthy and stressful process not to mention it can be very expensive. But she ended up getting pregnant and just had our second two months ago.
But to answer your question OP and knowing how difficult and heartbreaking adoption can be I'd prob just let some Chad take her to pound town. My wife's niece said she'd be the surrogate for us when we were struggling. That was awkward.

It's funny how couples who want to have a baby find it extremely hard, but then the casual ****** all end up aborting or being baby mommas/daddies.

adopt for sure. of course, being infertile is a broad term. most guys that have fertility problems just have low count, so you can always do IVF. My wife and I are looking at adopting, she doesn't ovulate regularly if at all, and i have low count. IVF has like a 30% success rate and costs about $17K so that's a lot of cheddar to let go up in smoke if it fails.

They break up for a year and a half, she becomes a welfare mom struggling to keep food on the table. They get back together and decide wouldn't it be great to have another baby. So they did. Then they got into another fight, he spent 4 nights in jail because of alleged abuse. But now they're back together and it sounds like he's cheating on her again. So yes, it's hard not to get upset with situations like that.Congrats brah!

Been trying for 2 months with wife and nothing so far. Getting scared srs
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

Adopt for sure, but I would opt to adopt either way. It really cannot be overstated how many kids are out there needing a good home and family situation.

Not infertile but also don't want kids. Long term GF also doesn't want kids. If we change our minds somewhere down the line will for sure adopt. Not very likely though.
