Yet if you flash someone on the street you're probably gonna have to register as a sex offender? lol

Is this just a case of the laws not having caught up to technology? Yes, I know it is considered harrassment if you are asked to stop and continue.

I know someone that would flash his dick to girls on the regular by "accidentally" having it come up as an image on his phone.

pretty sure you could get in trouble if someone actually pursued the case. Imagine if some guy sent a 12 year old girl a dik pic, you know damn well he would be charged with something
