My strength levels are at upper-intermediate, I've been doing a push-pull routine before, but once the weights got higher, it became more taxing than necessary. I want to check how far this kind of routine would take me in terms of strength and size. I'll start doing it in January, it will be followed by a minor deload. I'm planning to add weights every workout or at least every two workouts (5lbs plates are the smallest ones in my gym, alas).
