Meanwhile I'd just want to be healthy again, be able to study again and preferably not die before I'm 30. Doubt I'll ever have a career, finish my studies or have a family. Considering going back to my old McDonalds Manager job in my mid 20's just for some financial security. I use to be a really smart guy too, got 7's in uni for the time I was there (4.0 gpa for you americans)
