Post A Pic Of Your Best Physique You've Had. What's The Next Goal? (55k+)

Let's see the misc boyos who lift. I feel like their may be less and less on here that lift. Too many FA threads.

I want to see more lifting threads

Let's get us some motivation for the summer.

This isn't about judging everyones physique like a bodybuilding show.

Just curious to see the results of the work they put in, and to see what they want to strive for. Or what their next goal is.

6'2. I've been as high as 220lbs but look the best at 205 with a single digit bf%. Been at it for 10 years so gains are slow.

How does everyone in these threads always look aesthetic?
Brb started lifting 2 years ago, keep a strict diet, still look pretty average, only few friends ask "When did you start going to the gym?"

Am I doing something wrong? Is it all genetics? Is everyone on dat dere?

I haven't really changed too much over the past 3 years, I'm just slowly getting a bit stronger with very small fluctuations in body fat. This is my physique today (I literally took this photo a few hours ago):

I might have had periods of being a bit leaner, but they're always pretty transient:

This is the general look that I try to maintain all the time now. Without hoppin' on the good stuff I don't think I'm going to get much better.

School is out in 3 weeks which means I'll be able to hit the gym like a true gymrat soon.
Current is probably one of the best. 5 foot 9 at around 173lbs fairly lean. Not nearly as lean as I wanna be but idgaf I'm bulking for at least 4-5 months. Trying to get freaky mane
