I'm going to give you the only serious answer you'll get on here
Get a full hormone panel done. The root cause of chronic anxiety in most cases is some kind of hormonal imbalance especially with low test becoming so common among men
Can't be bothered to find a link for you but there are independent labs where you can get blood work done without having to deal with doctors and their bull****
On top of that, don't overindulge in overly pleasurable things (drugs, alcohol, porn etc) srs

Do what makes you happy bro. That's life. It's never easy. You'll go through ups and downs but in the end, it's doing what makes you happy.

Have weeks of healthy habits, then for example maybe something personal like a relationship issue or just pure luck will have me rotting hard.
Just feel like I have really high moments but I always know that I'll come down and hate myself/be anxious again.

Don't let the depression overwhelm you. Know that it is a feeling you can combat. I was sad as ****, but it's just a state of mind. Accept it for what it is, but don't let it become you. Know you can break out from it.

Do deep breathing, stretching, and yoga when you feel an attack coming. 1st thing in the morning, before bed, and as needed. Help calm and quiet the mind. There's a reason yogis are so fukcing calm.
