What's something people in the gym do that rustles your jimmies?

For me it's those guys that roll their shoulders back when they do shrugs.
Is there any added benefit to doing that other then extra wear and tear on your rotator cuffs?

I'll pick a spot to exercise where I can see myself in the mirror and people keep standing in my way.

I'm gonna go with, curl in the squat rack. I think that makes a lot of people rage. And can't forget leaving their stuff on one machine while they workout on another.

People who block the way of other equipment they aren't using, even when they know you have/are using it for sets.
Death is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.

Machine hoppers. Mostly old people that do this ****, but they will literally get mad at me if I take too long on a machine (Usually do 3 Sets of something like 8-12 reps). I let them get it just to watch them crank out like 11 reps on the lowest weight and move right on.

They will hop to machine to machine down the line and just leave. Pure anger.

idk what its called, but you know those bars that people do dips on, pull ups, and leg raises on?

when fukken ppl dont share that ****. some fat chick will be doing 1 set of leg raises on it per every 10 min she just sits there on it. i ****ing hate it. people need to do dips and pullups, and here is some girl just camping out doing her lil cute leg raises and not letting anyone work in between her sets.

Any of you who dont let anyone work in on that piece of equipment are fukken chit heads

Not really in the gym but the people who don't understand the importance of getting enough protein. For the first year or so I started lifting I would have a couple protein shakes a day and that was my effort to get my protein in. Then one day I decided to start tracking my meals and learning how much protein I should be getting and my gains went through the roof when I was making sure I was getting enough protein.
Bench: 45lbx4,500 reps
Deadlift: 100x6,500 reps
Squat: wtf is "squat"?
