I'm starting to think milk is bad for adults

Alot of people i know seem to be lactose intolerant to one extent or another

i dont drink milk a lot, but i do drink it a couple times a week for calcium and chit...

We only use whole milk now...used to only get 2% because it's what my parents used to buy but whole milk is so much better for cooking and pretty much everything else food related.

I don't think it's the milk, it's probably the chit they're giving cows compared to what they were on a few decades back. It's said that cow diets and their subsequent milk are responsible for girls looking sexually mature before they even reach legal age, all those phucking hormones.

Even vegetables give you ailments if you grow it in chit for soil.

i went to a private natural doc who has cured ppl i personally know with tumurs in the neck and other cancers, and he told me after ur done growing milk is str8 poison for the human body, its just toxin that destroys the body. Currently on a 100% dairy free diet to see whats up

i used to eat cereal a lot when i was young and had no problems. eat 1 small bowl and i gotta chit like 40 minutes after and it always smells worse than usual.

That lactose intolerance is due to your ancestors not living in an area where milk is a main food source, unlike in Europe. in Europe milk has been a huge source of food for thousands of years.
