--Misc doctors-- Should I be worried about my lower back/go to the doctor? (serious)

The only reason I'm asking about this is because unlike a normal small injury, I don't remember doing ANYTHING. For some reason that worries me a little bit.

Anyway, about 20 days ago I went on a vacation. I walked like 12 hours a day for 3 days straight, I NEVER walk that much and my feet were killing me basically 7+ hours every day the last two days. Kept going anyway.

I get home, all is good. 3.5 days later (which makes me think it's unrelated?) my lower back, which never hurts, started hurting really bad. I can't explain why. As in I was actually taking IBprofin which I don't like doing. It was right above my tail bone at the small of my back, my spine feels weird right there. Pretty painful to bend over.

It's been happening probably 7 days now and still there. it might be getting a little better but can't tell. I can still workout, hit the gym yesterday and did back but it's a weird pain.

What's the diagnosis doc

Could be a pinched nerve (sciatica maybe) if you feel shooting pains radiating from the area or down your leg. Worst case would be a bulging disc possibly caused/aggrevated by lifting with the large amount of walking you recently did being the catalyst that threw you into pain.

Not a doctor tho, just a misc broscientist. If it's been causing you serious pain for a week straight I think you ought to go get it checked out. They will likely be able to figure it out through x-rays and a physical. Stay safe brah.
