can we stop mods from negging people?

how is it fair for quality posters like myself to be constantly negged by these cyber bully mods? for the longest time i was like 2 million points down but through sheer hard work and determination i grinded my way back to green for being genuinely positive and helpful, then i log in today to find i got mod negged twice when i only just became green yesterady, wtf?

naming and shaming these b1tch ass mods, pls get AIDS
