Crap, got hit with bad news at my 30 day job evaluation

Working at sears on the receiving dock and today my boss and i did the 30 day evaluation of my performance.

half of the things on the check list i was unacceptable or still learning. punctuality was a big one that i need to fix right away. been late 2 shifts by 5 mins but boss thinks its 3-4 shifts.

other things, striving to be the best (lol, unacceptable) and taking time to do things in the store (moving things around, said i was too slow).


this really has me on edge cuz at my last job i was let go after probation ended due to unsatisfactory performance.

i have psychosis so most of the time im under this fog and i have to admit my motivation for working as a merchandise flow associate isnt the highest. i really cant afford to lose this job because its just gonna set me up for failure when i graduate school and start my career. getting $500 bucks of govt money per month isnt something that i want to do either.

i bought this self-author program for self help and i havent finished it. thinking of taking the time tonight and next couple of days to write everything out and do some deep introspection and self reflection.
