Why not assimilate? Most dont even learn the languages of countries they migrate to.

Back in my day america was a melting pot of europe. Immigrants from ireland, uk, germany, france, poland, ukraine, finland, norway, ect...
Now apparently the usa is a melting pot for Islamic "refugees", Nigeria, Mexicans, Indians, Asians, and other undesirable countries
Funny isnt it?

It seems mostly a generational thing
THe older generation holds on to their culture and the younger assimilate better but some still maintain some of their parents culture and identity as well
My thing is why does it bother you so much *******

It is only when a man comes to terms with his own mortality, can he gain the freedom to appreciate life.

Because they want to kill your culture and bring their own in, it's like a passive aggressive war.
