What's with the dudes that were swole coming back to the gym small asf?

One minute they're big and juicy, then after not seeing them for a few weeks they come back and look like they lost like 15lbs. Did they forget to eat or something?

You mean like Alistair Overeem?

He had "good genetics for bodybuilding" for most his UFC/K1 career, then lately he lost his "good genetics for bodybuilding." His "good genetics" delts deflated and he developed love handles and doesn't look half as full/muscular. Very strange phenomenon. It happened right about the time USADA came along as well, which is very odd.

Falling off the bike doesn't need to be that drastic if you eat and do other things right. Obviously no clue what they were doing.

Dawg this is me.

I go from like almost show shape, to traveling for a month, to chit, and back again in 30 days. I travel roughly 4x a year so I get into amazing shape and fall out of it on a bi-monthly basis.

Always have a six pack, just frail vs not frail. Frusterating. Its not always gear boyos

I think the days of people wanting to be huge are coming to an end. A lot of guys you see "juicy as F" are like that because they're insecure and want woman... Now they know for some jacked up reason woman want beta males, so they're conforming to that now. I don't agree with it, I will forever be 250+ Lbs no matter what... But the times are changing.

lmao at thinking big muscles = alpha

Being alpha is a personality trait. I know some little guys who are alpha as fuk, and big 250lb+ socially retarded manmores who couldn't even pull a 3

I agree, but it's that stigma that a lot of people have thinking you need to be huge to be "alpha"... I prefer working out and training to be big. And I'm a pro wrestler so it helps in that line of side work I do. But I think there's a lot of insecure, non-alpha, type dudes that had that "need to be huge" mentality... Knowing a lot of woman don't like that, they revert back to being smaller. They just want to be whatever they think will get them laid.

I know this feel If I don't go for over a week or so. The scale may say a loss of a pound or 2 but it looks and feels like I lost 10 to 15 pounds. I don't eat as much when I'm not working out for that long so that's why.
