Fukkkkkkk , got a raw sore spot on my dink , wat do ?

Fukk. Fapped the other night and that sore came back. Its like no matter how late long i wait for it to heal it comes back after i fap just once. It gets bigger everytime. What do ?

Do i have a death grip thats too tight ?

Do i need to start using lotion ?
