Bitcoin just hit $6,000 a coin

If you think you're late to the party, you're wrong. Imagine a future where crypto currency is the standard. There will only ever be 21 million bitcoins. $6,000 for one of those 21 million of the entire world's wealth is going to seem like a hell of a bargain.

All currency is a scam.

How is it a scam when you could have started from the bottom and have made millions?

A guy bought a lambo with bitcoin, a lot of e-tailer's take bitcoin as payment.

Whats the scam? Because there is no control? ohhhhhh spooky!

I don't hear a lot about LTC. It made a pretty good run this month but fizzled out. BTC is king with the major players. Even Eth hasn't done much lately.

It's a decentralized form of currency. Meaning it isn't govt controlled, manipulated and a$$ fukd by inflation.

I tried to get a 10k loan when they hit $2. Everyone said they wouldn't hit $1, said the same thing at $2, and that's when it was an obvious buy. Epic fail. Should have sold everything! Was completely broke and going to school tho.

Got ~17btc like 100k worth Mt Gox supposed to return. Who knows.

Not subject to manipulation by Kabbalistic Banksters, and the value is perceived. Part of why it's worth more money is because paper money's buying power is shrinking.

So much risk and so much rewards, it's maddening. It's such a gamble, yet your odds are way better than playing slots at the casino. The problem is you might wake up and your $6000 is now $300 bucks.

At $6000s, corrections happen at thousands of dollars now.

Scared money don't make money. The bigger the risk the higher the reward. But as always don't invest in anything more than you're willing to lose unless it's real estate

Glad I got a piece of the pie when I did, unfortunatelywhen Btc shoots to the moon other cryptos don’t come along with it — yet they still drop whenever Btc does.

Isn’t this where the risk comes from? If the powers that be come after it.

That's big business in new alt coins. Figuring out ways to keep that from happening when they do come after them.

i guess the value is perceived with circulated currency? someone has to control the bitcoin market.... and it is manipulated to a degree. I have 27 bitcoin that were given through those faucet sites a long time ago... (2011) i still have them and literally don't know what the fuk to do with them or how i can even exchange them.

It's all true bro. Volatility happens in all markets. But you gotta admit the ups and downs/correction in cryptocurrency are huge. Nobody wants to be the bag holder, not if a correction happens, but when it happens.

Don't get me wrong, I am on board for the ride. Cryptocurrency might be the biggest opportunity in our lifetime to become rich in an instant. I'd rather risk tens of thousands of dollars in bit coins and lose it all than have it sit on the ****ty stock market.
