Rich Piana's Autopsy Report Made Public (srs) (link + video)

The autopsy notes that he was suffering from issues of the brain, heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, spleen, thyroid, and more. (srs)

It's interesting that the medical examiner made special note of the fact that she asked the hospital to hold on to his specimen for toxicology, and they did not comply with that request.
