Exposing Criminal Background: Employment (Very Serious)

I'm looking for dead serious answers here as I know this woman is dangerous to people around her. So, cops, guys in law school, lawyers, or whatever, please give me some suggestions.

I work in healthcare and know a person with:

1. 18 counts of theft, running a prostitution ring, being a prostitute, and buying and selling drugs.

2. This person is an active drug addict.

3. They continue to sell drugs.

4. They are part of a huge criminal collection of people in the Kensington area of Philly, PA. If you know Philly, you know what I mean.

5. They have a fake mental health diagnosis to receive SSI, which means free income, housing, money, healthcare, and so on.

This woman used a false name "Dawn Brooks" for all of her convictions. Thus, she has NO CRIMINAL HISTORY under her real name.

This is a concern because she is now enrolled in a local community college attempting to obtain a degree in healthcare. That would either be: psychology or nursing.

As a professional myself with 30 years in the field of healthcare, I do not want this person entering my profession with unknown criminal activity. If it's public knowledge and she is still hired, then fine, but not as things are.

I know her social security number, real name, etc.

How can I make sure that her record is tied to her real name and information?

I think it's imperative.

I'm involved with criminal cases all the time so I go to the Philly criminal justice center where records are held.

I was thinking about going there but I'm not sure.

People in Philly are hostile and dismissive, so I want to know the exact thing to do to force the issue.

Employers run a PA Criminal background check for employment. There is no finger prints or record associated with her real name.

Any medical licensing requires fingerprinting. So she'll be caught.

Do healthcare employers not do drug tests? If she's an active heroin addict I would think she'd disqualify herself pretty quickly.

I get FBI finger prints all the time, but only when working with kids.

In psychology, which is a possible for her, you don't get finger printed when working for adults.

Whatever the case, I want to make sure that ANY JOB she goes for results in an accurate criminal history.

She would be an absolute menace to any company she worked for, trust me. And, she's going to community college in philly, so she will get her degree unless she quits.

I've worked with criminals in psych since 1998.

Professional criminals will not carry ID on them. So, when they get arrested the can say "I'm Clark Kent" or "spiderman" and that will be their convicted name. All records, finger prints, etc will be under Clark Kent.

So, if you decide to go straight one day and employer does a criminal check, nothing will come up.

I've had many jobs in healthcare, the prison system, etc and have only been finger printed when working with kids.

You wrote a lot of crap but still make zero sense. Your social security records have a name on them. You can't just use a random fake name when you're arrested all the way to a conviction. Now she has a fake social security # that matches a fake name she gave during an arrest? Noone found any inconsistencies in her records all the way through 18 convictions?

How did you "research" this information anyway?

There are a lot of holes in your story. You kind of sound like a psycho yourself to be honest. Why are you looking into this woman's records? How do you know her?
