I think she would make some really bad (for US) foreign policy deals for the sale of appearing like a strong diplomatic woman.

Not much immediately, GOP would have had congerssional control and been obstructionist. However, Progressives would have won via the long game.

SJWs would have continued their push. SCOTUS would have been stacked liberal. Given that the citizens right to bare arms was a 5-4 decision huge Gun Control measures would have been passed.
