Does anybody know yet how rich died and what the ‘white powder’ was?

Still can’t find much on it other then dailymail and similar sites articles about him.

What was he doing when he collapsed?
Why did his girlfriend keep saying he was going to be fine?
What was the ‘crushed up white powder’ found in the bathroom?
Does anybody buy that he sniffed his PWO? Lol
