Got my T-levels checked - Advice please (srs)

Just got the results back from having my testosterone levels checked (UK).

They came back as 14 nmol/l which is about 400 ng/dl in conventional units. With the range being 8-38 nmol/L for all ages.

8-38!! Which is based on all ages, I have the same average testosterone level as someone who is 85-100.

I know my Doctor is probably going to say you're in the range but not in the range for someone my age.

Would you go in with a game plan to get something done? I've always had a lower labido than people my age and feel tired quite abit.

my one came back 11.7, so im lower lol. the only issue is if its accurate. you need to have it checked in the morning and at least two times before you can conclude you have low test. but yeah idk. its trt for life and potential sterility or lifestyle changes, so do the lifestyle changes.

for libido and fatigue i would recommendabstinence/nofap. youll be bouncing off the walls - no joke
