How do you explain the alpha-beta dimension to colleagues?

It all makes perfect sense but when I thought about it I wasn't able to consistently explain it to someone I work with. And more importantly how do I explain that I am the alpha and they are not.

Yesterday you said you stopped working and went on welfare due to being obese and being declared unfit for work. Today you're saying you're working again and want to explain that you're an alpha. Is this weaksauce trolling at its finest?
