Anyone else ever strain core muscles on their last rep on incline bench ? Srs

Just did this the other day on chest day. Coulda sworn i had a prostate infection again or maybe a hernia.

If i walk around the dull pain subsides mostly but im wondering if anyone else has strained their core that bad too ?

Ive never had this happen before.

And i saw two little blood spots in my stool yesterday , so i tore my angus too ded srs.

You shouldn't be straining core on incline, unless you're trash at stabilizing yourself but if you keep your scapula retracted then you won't have balance issues brah.

Shoulders retracted and tight
Slight arch
Drive with legs and keep your ass on the bench

Only time I get hurt is when I strain my lower back but that's when my form breaks down on the last reps.

As for your angoos, maybe T529 can take a look at that one for you.
