Grilled chicken had uneven texture , undercooked or over cooked ? Srs No pics

So i grilled some chicken thats been thawing in the fridge for about 2-3 days ( im not the one who took it out btw) and figured it shouldnt go to waste.

So i threw it on the grill and some of the breast pieces cooked unevenly. Some parts were kinda soft and mushy , kinda like mosit and rubbery but looked white and cooked. Hard to explain.

Did i over cook it ? Or where they undercooked ? I threw them in the oven for 10 minutes before i ate them just be sure. I read the outer thinner parts can get a texture like that if they over cook but i dunno.

Srs question. Is op gonna die ?
