There may be hope for Star Wars afterall....

....ANew Hopeperhaps?.....sorry.

Anyway,

Kathleen Kennedy Has reportedly been fired from her role (or rather, shes stepping down) in overseeing future Star Wars films. So Abrams will have free reign to do the movie as he wishes.

I still don't have high hopes, but there is a chance he could salvage this....the problem is, he'd have to spend too much of episode IX retconning everything that happened in TLJ...at least thats what i'd do. It would be something like this;

1. Snoke didnt die he was just a hologram.
2. Luke didn't die but rather he had a near death experience and visited the "Force Ghost" plane of existence but comes back
3. Phasma survives.
4. Rose is written out.
5. Reys parents aren't just nobodies that sold her for money She's related to "insert XYZ character" that explans her innate ability to be a Mary-Sue.

and so on and so forth.

Jar Jar Abrams is just as SJW as she is. You also need to fire her story group as well. They're all women. They were hired because they are women and because Kennedy didn't like Star Wars and didn't feel it connected with young girls, so that's why she and her story group killed off all the original characters and replaced them with mary sues and soyboys.

It doesn't really matter to me though...

The cinematography on this is nothing short of a masterpiece. Disney would never green lit something like that because its too dark.

Sorry but it just cannot be salvaged at this point, the new trilogy anyways. Episode VIII fuked things beyond belief.

Just the fact that it brought to light that any ship that can reach lightspeed, can be kamikazed into anything, basically made all the spacefights in the previous episodes utterly pointless. Also makes the generals/strategists look like complete morons. Why not just kamikaze a ship through lightspeed straight into the Deathstar? Just dumb

Bring back snoke ( was just a hologram), and he kills everybody, then have Luke somehow survive/teleport/reincarnate with the force ( so he dosen't die. Also, make it so Kylo Ren kept HanSolo in his basement or something ( like Darth Maul ) and Luke and Han come back to battle it out with Snoke in the end.

Seems like they don't really need IX to be that good. No matter what it will make a billion dollars and be in the top 5 movies of all time. After that, the trilogy is complete and they have a blank slate to push whatever new Star Wars agenda they want. Mission accomplished.
