The hardest thing to believe about these stories is that whoever hears the complaint at city hall actually gives a ****. There's lots of idiots in the world so I can see someone complaining, but finding someone who listens? That's amazing. How do that many dumbfuks exist in one area.

I think its more like one of those situations where they have to listen. Complaints are most likely recorded and them not doing something about it could land them in deep chit. Then again its the government and I wouldnt be surprised if it made some mediocre mindless fuks year by doing something chitty like that
