This is one of the most ridiculous lifts I've ever seen, 405 lbs clean strict OHP



At 265 lbs bodyweight so over 1.5x. This guy never ceases to blow my mind, still only 23 and you feel like he will only get better

Yep he stepped on a bodybuilding stage only a few months back, I'd like to see him really concentrate on powerlifting and get the no weight class all time raw record. He's capable of anything

That's very impressive regardless of real food. Definitely some crazy genetics, and I respect a OHP more than a flat bench. It's also a lift that's pretty slow to improve on.
