Am I the Fattest Man on the Misc? CUTTING ADVICE BRAHS GTFIH

5'9" 365lbs 54% body. Can't see my dick unless I get a boner. It sucks brahs. I mean Cottdamn! IDk how I got this big boys but it's time for a motherfcukin cut.

First things first, I'm signing up for the local blink fitness. I'm gonna focus on a lot of cardio and maybe do a PPL. I'm thinking elliptical or the bike so I don't have the high impact issues and f**** up my joints. Looking for any and all advice.

never reduce calories too fast

it all starts with a tiny nudge in calories and increased physical activity doing the things you like

Okay. I am insulin intolerant a bit so I feel like I won't lose weight on higher carbs. Should I eat more fat instead?

Here's my recent one year progress post. Maybe you can use it for some inspiration/motivation and know that it can be done.

https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showt...post1559357181

Advice - find healthy, low calorie foods you like and just eat a lot of that. Cut calories as much as possible and exercise almost every day. Start slow with the exercise and build yourself up. Consistency is king.

Good luck, you can do this.

if you think you're maintaining 350lbs at 2600cals i have bad news

you'll EASILY lose weight eating 2500cals. Not "2500" either, you're gonna cut the fat off your chicken, you're gonna weigh everything you eat and you're gonna count every bit of oil and sauce you put on food. Also if you are pre diabetic yes you should go for low carbs, it's gonna suck but for your health's sake it'll do wonders

you're gonna fckin make it

Don't expect anyone to care if you fail or struggle and especially don't think anyone here will "hold you accountable". God himself couldn't make a fat person who isn't willing to suffer change their ways. Accept that it's gonna suck and just do it.

The majority of people here have been fat at one point and know very well just how much it sucks to lose weight. The bright side of your situation is that you can lose weight so fast that it should be very motivating to continue going. The first 2 weeks will be the worst, but once you see the scale start to drop and realize that being hungry doesn't kill you it will become addicting to watch that number drop. Before you know it you'll have lost a significant amount of weight, just gotta take it one day at a time

Literally just eat less. Wouldnt even implement lifting just yet, your body isnt used to it and you could risk joint damage or exhaust yourself quickly. Go for a brisk walk a couple times a week and oick up lifting later.

How's the weight loss going? I'm down to 331 this morning. Hitting some slow progress during the last week or so, but pushing through it. I started lifting 30 minutes in the morning before work on top of my daily walk (which is now ~1.5 miles a day). Been hotter than a mofo around here lately.. making walking suck, lol.

I got really fat brah but I also retained quite a bit of muscle. Dont know my BF% right now and will prolly puke when I do so I'm holding off. Waiting for results in the mirror and in my clothes then I'll check.

Right now I'm doing a Muscle & Strength program to get back in better shape. On week 3.

https://www.muscleandstrength.com/wo...-fat-destroyer

Today I'm a deficit of anywhere from 500-900 calories but you can still eat if your smart about it.

Today I had 4 whole eggs and 3 white
Oatmeal with Peanut Butter and cinnamon
Scoop of whey

For lunch I have some leftover sirloin and a chicken thighs with string beans and for suppers going to have salmon with broc****.

^just lol at half of brokkoli getting sensor because of misc race war.
