Yes and no.
Some girls just really like you and will be all over you. Some girls like you but are unsure you like them so might act cold to see if you chase.
Normally all girls that like me go cold on me, its just a matter of pursuing further, little test for a man.

some will be a complete bitch towards you, but u can tell they like you becuz they'll always want to be around you
