Konstantin Konstantinovs (K.K.) passes away at 40

Just saw this post on Cailer Woolam's (Dr. Deadlift) instagram:

RIP Big Guy. I’m glad I had the opportunity to meet you; it was one of my favorite experiences during my trip to Russia. Thanks for all the inspiration over years ❤️

KK was one of the first people I watched on YouTube when I started lifting; was always inspired by his humble demeanor and formidable strength. Will definitely rep one out for the big guy tomorrow in the gym. RIP.

Damn. Apart from his beltless deadlifts I remember his ab wheels. A 275 lbs+ man with i believe 50 kg or 75 kg extra on his back doing ab wheels on his toes (not knees). Absolutely ridiculous core strength. Had a great physique to go with his strength too.

There currently aren't any online sources describing what happened. Some people are speculating heart problems.

Came across this guy as a teenager definitely a beast RIP
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

Furkkk that 939 beltless deadlift at a full meet when he was ripped was the dopest lift ever IMO. Bloatlords have done more sure but it's usually with straps and rarely at a full meet while being 100+lbs higher bodyweight.

Rip KK

This is what tons of gear will do to you unless you have really lucky cardio genetics boyos let it be a lesson. You can be the goat for a time, get injured and have to give it up, and then years later when you're still young keel over dead long before your time. Assuming it was his heart that is.

Gee. Another "instanews" giving us half baked news.

Why not just wait until the official announcement is released, so we can stop wondering the "why?" he died or how.

Well, knives don't discriminate based on health.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

what, like how dallas mccarver allegedly died by choking on his food in the initial reports?

will have to wait to see a post-mortem (if its released publicly), but until there's definitive proof, there's nothing wrong with speculating it may have had something to do with obscene substance abuse

I don't doubt it, read comments on a few other sites that he died in a fight, probably stabbed. Guess we will have to wait for a proper source.

It is plausible though seeing as he was a professional bodyguard for awhile, doesn't seem like he would take chit from anyone and Russians are fuking crazy so I could see someone taking it too far (I think he was living in Russia).
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.
