Be honest, do you actually love and enjoy your life?

Do you really love and enjoy your life?

Like do you wake up, and go "Man! I sure am glad I didn't die in my sleep last night!" and actually look forward to your day?

I vaguely remember being excited for the new day as a very very young child, but I lost that a long time ago.

Just wondering how many of you really enjoy your lives.

No, at least not right now.

It's just been a ****ter of an 18 months, health issues etc effecting work and everything, not much i can do about it though.

I have to say prior to that, yeah i was loving life it was great.

Hopefully things pick up next year

If you want the Gods honest truth? If I found out today that I only had a month or two to live, I think I'd be ok with it. I would just want enough time to make sure my son would be ok and to find my doggo a new home.

More content it is what it is. I'm 26, make 65k a year (90k saved), get great rent rates. Job is boring but pays the bills. Happy enough with social circle and although no gf, have a couple of OK girls who are dtf. Wouldn't say life is great but a lot are worse off

I absolutely love my life! I have a beautiful wife & daughter, beautiful house and nice cars...I love my church, my job & my coworkers. Now, I'm headed off to work soon and looking forward to another great week.

I'm sorry, but it's really not an attitude thing. I'd have to be insane to enjoy this situation. Also, there are a lot of people out there with chemical imbalances that cause their depression. It isn't as simple as an attitude adjustment lol.

I look forward to some days/events. However i very rarely wake up excited for the day. I would like to hit reset and have a more hedonistic lifestyle, but i would probably feel guilty about those I leave behind.

I was thinking the other day about how sometimes we want to build ourselves up and other times we want to burn it all down. Life is crazy but it is awesome in a lot of ways. I'm more happy than unhappy but I'm still working on it. Just have to find what you enjoy most in life and go for it. I just had a kid and am over worked and low on sleep. Over stressed and exhausted and about to move.
