Unfortunately OP is right. I used to frequent a death site and they showed the after pictures of a guy who committed suicide by chainsaw. He actually offed his kid via chainsaw, then turned the chainsaw on himself. It just reminds you how barbaric and gruesome humans are at their core.

Uncle was an EMT for many years and told me of a guy that used a chainsaw and cut the artery or jugular, don't remember which, it sealed up and he lived.

Had no idea that could happen. Not sure if he was BSing me, he always has tall tales.
