Test levels came back at 171...

Inspired by all the recent threads on here I went to a diagnostic lab center and just paid 70$ to get my test levels checked.... holy **** misc just got the email with my results, I think I have a legit medical problem. This actually explains a lot. 100% serious thread sadly

I guess I’m LTC?

In general, the normal range in males is about 270 to 1070 ng/dL with an average level of 679 ng/dL. A normal male testosterone level peaks at about age 20, and then it slowly declines. Testosterone levels above or below the normal range are considered by many to be out of balance. Moreover, some researchers suggest that the healthiest men have testosterone levels between 400 - 600 ng/dL.

I still have like 3x the test of the average female and who knows maybe the instrument to detect testosterone was malfunctioning

Mine was pretty low about 2 years ago. I have chronic lyme disease, and did a slew of tests. Filled up like 20 vials of blood one day. Test came back like 205. For that lab, normal was 200-870 or something. So mine was considered normal. However...upon further research, more like normal for a 90 year old man. "Normal ranges" in tests are a catch all, and are meaningless sometimes. I retested it again this year and it was like 405.

I assume you did your test first thing in the morning? That's when you are supposed to do a testosterone test. Also, you should make sure you check free T - the more important one. Good luck.

I’m not sure about “fine”. Most guys feel best between 700-900
