The business thing is a possibility too. It depends on what he does. If he's doing internet sales, he may be in an insurance business or something like that where he's only providing the labor with no out of pocket costs (which isn't how you run a business btw, you have to factor in resource usage and personal labor costs).

I've proved my income time and time again on here and only stopped trying to help others out since I got a lot of people saying I was frauding.
Yachts arent really that expensive, I obviously didnt buy it brand new. The annoying bit on that was maintenance and finding the time to use it. Monthly mooring costs were like £350/Month or so IIRC. When I sold the boat, I was lucky to only lose around £4K on what I paid for it (excluding maintenance). I didnt own the cobra (car below) and the yacht at the same time.
My cobra is a replica lol wat? It costs like £35K, thats really not that expensive.
Omega seamaster - again its like a £4K watch or something - its not that ridiculous?
My mortgage used to be £550/month on repayment AGES ago, when I lived in my first house. I moved since.
Whats wrong with saying I banged virgins? Met my gf (now wife) when I was 19. I started fukkin when i was 14. News flash, most teenagers are virgins. Not everyone is 45 years old like you and still a virgin.
Gardeners / cleaners really arent that expensive m8. Theyre like £10 / hour for cleaners and £30/ hour for gardeners. It's not profitable for me to do that bitch work myself. I do enjoying mowing the lawn though and vegetables/fruit patches.
£900K mortgage isnt that hard to understand. Most banks/lenders will give you 4-5x your salary in the UK. So thats £180-225K / year needed - which you know I can cover seeing as I have put pics of my turnover on here before.
Luxury holidays - yeah. Love them. Guilty pleasure. If you want me to really rub your poverty nose in it, then I could post up some pretty cool holiday snaps.

Its 100% profit because my business model doesnt require me to buy anything as its serviced based. I really dont see what so hard to understand about that?

edit: and the first house (my last one) was bought for £275,000 and I had £125K equity in it (So say 45% downpayment) this means good interest rates, over a long period (35 years) it was like £536 or something. Then I paid the mortgage off when my business started doing well and sold the house for ~£375K
