That movie was mediocre at best though. Award ceremony's for film\tv\music and now novels are dumb as hell: change my mind.

The story was basic, the CGI was GOD AWFUL esp the final fight scene Lmfao till this day I have no idea how that abomination got greenlit. Don't even get me on the massive plotholes, random unnecessary stakes and corny dialogue.

Best picture? Oscars are a joke.

BP had a great look/style to it but yea the story was basic as fuq. Some action scenes looked awful also.

It wasn't that good god dammit! and this is coming from a superhero-nut. I watch all these superhero movies and it does not deserve that mantel. It wasalrightat best.

Winter Soldier was better and it didn't get nominted for chit, same with Infinity War which came out in the same year. BP just barely escapes the top of the trash heap of movies like Iron Man 3 the Fantastic 4 reboot that came out a couple of years ago.....and by that I mean, its enjoyable, but wholly forgettable and not really worth watching more than once.

Black Panther was good but lol at best pic nom.

Also, am I the only one who thought Michael B. Jordan got way too much attention for his role? It was clearly written for him to be the runaway star, but I thought Chadwick Boseman was significantly better in his role. A lot of Kill Monger scenes felt forced and awkward.
