I am tired of being alpha [srs?]

Everywhere I go I am always expected to be the alpha guy. I have to lead, I have to choose, I have to be the strong one. The list goes on: In a group of people I am expected to be the funny one, the one who breaks the silence, the one who leads the conversation.

Even at work, they are also dependent on my skills. If I don‘t deliver, the project doesn‘t progress.

But once in a while it gets tiring mayn. Let me just have a moment where I am not expected to be anyone or anything. let me just not take all these responsibilities for once.

Who else forever-alpha‘d?
