Owning a car improves your life quality by 200% srs.

When I was a carless pedestrian I remember not being able to drive wherever the fuk I want so I had to beg stupid people for a ride or use public transportation with bunch of stinking and loud people. Also remember in college how sloots chose ugly dudes cuz they had a car (God sloots love cars; brb take one into your car and first thing she does is to take a selfie)

Now been riding since 2017 and I just realized how much I love this. Wanna swim at the coast; drive there; wanna go hiking on your own;drive to a forest; wanna go to the city and return after midnight; use your car. Not to mention how beautiful driving itself is.

Honestly my car has been more of a comfort zone to me than any home/ room I've ever lived.

Where I live everyone has a car except like the poorest 2-3% of society. Unless your literally addicted to crack or are legitimately crazy, you most likely have a car.

Also not uncommon for males to have two vehicles. Either a truck and a jeep, a truck and a sports car or perhaps two trucks. One might be a one ton 4x4 dually. The other might be a single cab midsize. Etc. My dad and his brothers almost all had two pickup trucks (Dually F350's 4x4's) and maybe a 1500 single cab Chevy or F150 Ford single cab or something like that.

Couldn't imagine being subjected to relying on public transportation at all times. Even if I lived in NYC or something like that I'd at least have a motorcycle.

As a country boy, having a vehicle is literally life. Still mind blown at city boys that don't have vehicles in their 20's, or whose first order of business once they became of age wasn't getting a license ASAP.

Boston crew checking in

don't own a car, would be useless most of the time since where I work doesn't have free parking ($350/month)

I live 2 miles from where I work, take mass transit. My groceries are delivered, and anything else I can want is a quick Uber away.

If I need a car for longer distances, I use Zipcar to drive wherever

Maybe live in a better place and location?

I can bike to any place nearby that's worth going to. Cars are useful for those that live in areas not covered by transport/ far from downtown, those with families and those who are road warriors.

After falling in disgrace to a manmore, a ravaged manlet would not hesitate to come from behind and land a sucker punch/ swing with a rock to the back of a manmore's head. A lot of people don't want to live in a major city where you spend your entire life confined to a 3-4 square mile area.

Even if someone gave me a multi million dollar penthouse in NYC and a salary that makes living there feasible I wouldn't take the trade-off to live there. Hate large cities, lots of traffic and crowds of people everywhere.

This. Imagine being forced to travel with other people in a city or via bus. Blasting your own tunes with the windows down is the way to live.

What does me liking to play my own music while driving have to do with how I talk to people?

If you areforcedto ride the public transport system then that sucks for you. But driving to the train station to catch a ride to work in the city is a completely different scenario.

Sounds like you are forced to ride the train and are projecting your cope on me for saying something that you can personally relate to.

It's all prospective brother! I wouldn't live in a place where you didn't need a car. Three of the vehicles that I own, are driven mostly without a destination in mind.
