I live in Croydon, this is normal serious.

Between 3pm-6pm on school days it is like the end of the world. Hundreds of kids/teens swarm through Croydon Highstreet/Central Centre/Whitgift Centre and just create mayhem.
Fights everyday are commonplace, the McDonalds on the high street has a bouncer and metal detector to check for knives.

And regarding the punters not fighting back its most likely for two reasons. 1 they touch the kids they will get arrested, or 2 they touch the kids get jumped by the masses of youths in the area and possibly stabbed or slashed.

I believe context is important I doubt they just randomly attacked for no reason. Doesn't condone the behavior but this what media or public figures do these days they film the action and leave everything else out and then add there own headline or agenda.

There is a few factors for human's to attack or show aggression. Is in general through being provoked, or a act of revenge.

If the kids were aggressive and insane. They would not be targetting that area but instead continue the rampage throughout the area not focusing on any specific targets.
I just want to share the knowledge I have obtained throughout my life and hopefully change someone's life.
