Why are people still buying androids?

Poverty-ass Android users are sad people. Why do people still use Android or any non-iOS operating system?

iPhone is the GOAT phone. It’s simple, advanced and to the point. I switched in 2012 and never have looked back.

B-b-but Samsung had that feature first!

Just fukking LOL @ spending over a grand on a phone. My $200 android takes pictures, sends texts, makes phone calls, uses all the same apps and browses the internet. Why spend 800$ more to do the same thing

Iphones are too expensive for what you get. I don't hate em or anything but they cost 3 times as much for a comparable product so I go with androids.

As a developer, I use both. But I do agree iOS is quite ahead of Android. Apple's AR (Augmented Reality) tech for instance released way before Google and is still much better since it only has to support a few phones. Also Apple is currently working on Augmented Reality Glasses (Imagine Playing Pokemon Go and seeing Pokemon in real life through your glasses rather than your phones) which I heard is releasing around 2020.

This will change the world as we know. There are other companies releasing AR glasses but they suck. However seeing as apple is known for making premium devices that can be used by everyone, it's bound to be good.

I’ve been an Android person my whole life, was given an iPad mini 5 as a gift. I liked it a lot. Went on amazon, got an iPhone SE (I wanted a small phone) for 130$ works great. iOS is far more polished than android. And I have all my google apps installed. Never bugs, never glitches, more secure. Android has its uses but I like iOS better now.

So, total cost for 2 iOS devices for me 130$. Still have all my google stuff. If relevant, I am an IT professional, admin for an entire facility. I'm well versed on android.

Apple is overpriced and attracts the worst type of costumers. Half are non tech savvy so they enjoy a phone that holds their hand through everything.
A damn iphone X is over a grand and you cant even tell the difference between the 8 when it comes to camera and speed. They have hooked you guys into buying the latest and greatest even though 99% of the people will barely notice a performance difference. They just want to say "I have the newest iphone". On top of that all the accessory stuff is overpriced to hell and apple really only works with other apple products. Your almost forced to buy everything they have.

Only people that care about iphones are material snobs and kids.

Fixed. I had wireless charging and VR capabilities capabilities in 2015. Last I checked, Apple doesnt even have ACTUAL VR. And lol at the "simple yet advanced." Every grandparent int he world who has a smartphone has an iphone. Its the jitterbug of the smart phone world

Apple phones are 100% ****. You cannot turn off wifi or bluetooth with the quick link buttons. Cannot transfer info without itunes. Brb apple phones automatically lock until you connect to ituned which doesnt work half the time.

Absolute chit phones with chit quality and the company slows down phones on purpose if you dont buy a new one
