Chester Benningtons wife engaged 2 yrs after his suicide .

https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/...042855461.html

What do you guys think of this? Makes me think of the argument of “would you take a bullet for your wife” .

I was married for 25 years... married the love of my life, met her in high school, we hit it off immediately, never thought we would ever seperate, went through college with her and graduated to get the job of my dreams from her aunts business selling high end radio antennas. We had two kids together, a son and a daughter, well what do you know on our 25th anniversary I come back from a long day at work after a big multi million dollar business deal and she's in bed with a construction worker and this motherf*cker is getting the carpet all dirty with his tradie boots. I shot both of them in the head with my plasma ion orbit .22 cannon and that was the end of that.

How would this be controversial at all? It's been two years. Most people's vows include "'Til death do us part," not "'Til the internet approves and says you are no longer emotionally bound to a dead person."

If my wife took her own life and left me with nobody to help raise our kid and no wife to bang I would probably find someone about that fast too.

Seeing as her ex was one of John Podesta's secret love children and was taken out ala Epstein, before exposing a you-know-what-ring, I think 2 years is about the right amount of time before moving on.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

regardless of when her husband died i think it is a red flag when somebody gets married after only dating for two years, and that is assuming she started dating him the day her husband died.
it would suck to be the new guy. constantly being compared to dead husband, possibly(probably) just a rebound, has to constantly hear about wife's ex-husband and be supportive of it or else he will be shunned by her and the media etc... das not it

or... don't kill yourself. honestly, I have no sympathy for people who do this, let alone a father with 6 kids to his name. if she cheated on him, divorce and find another. he's rich and famous, it's that easy.

So a self-hating incel is the arbitrator of how long a person should wait to be engaged? Imagine if everyone had to put their lives through the filter of this place lol

Nobody said he should kill him self or he was right to do so. But you’re absolving her of any responsibility for her poor actions.

But do you even know what her “actions” are or are you simply assuming she was cheating because of the timeline that doesn’t fit your standard?

bruh....so how long should she wait? 5 years? 10 years? There is no rule book for how long it should take someone to grieve.

If it was a a month later then yea...that would be quite odd.

The normal grieving time in the USA is 1 year before moving on to find someone else so...she's in the clear.

its irrelevant. Either she was cheating before hand and has known him long enough to get married. Or she didn’t even give a **** about her husband and moved on right away and started talking to this dude and rushed an engagement.

Her actions are nowhere close to typical actions of a grieving spouse
