Throwing up mucus and blood(misc docs)

I can feel in the back if my throat/head blood dripping from my sinus into my throat/stomach...had severe headache but its fadung

Already threw up once and I could see my fresh mucus blood

I did not partake in any activities other than drinking

Am I okay
