All-time Favorite bodybuilder
Who is your all-time favorite bodybuilder? Why? I’ll go first. Dorian Yates. Crazy back development and honestly used a lot of his training/nutrition strategies successfuly.

Mike Mentzer, loved his full look and he was the first to really preach to people its about intensity and muscle stimulation not volume.
Milos Sarcev, He perfected the deep lines while staying full and conditioned without being grainy or vascular, only reason he wasnt an olympian was his arms and chest. But his symmetry and legs were insane
Dante Trudel, his training principals and teachings and focus on Hypertrophy from a mixture of science and experience/anecdote is unparalleled

Probably Arnold for me, however corny it may be. Always resonated with his belief in having a vision for yourself. I’m also a similar build/body type to him and think I can get close to what he had.
Follow Makaveli Motivation, they do a lot of cool videos on lifters.

If it has to be someone specifically competed in bodybuilding I’ll go Frank Zane
But if you want to extend today’s men’s physique, honestly Ryan Terry and Steve Cook are up there. Terry for his physique but Cook for his charisma and good looks no homo

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Favorite bodybuilder? Dave Pulcinella. Loved the Raising the Bar movies and his book.
Favorite pro physique? Probably Ronnie Coleman. But it pains me not to pick Dorian. And I could make an argument for lots of the guys from that era honestly: Flex, Melvin Anthony, Chris Cormier, 2001 Jay Cutler, etc.
Nobody is more complete though than Ronnie Coleman is 1999-2000 or so. Enormous and proportional.
