SRS question. If I were to sell everything I had and give all the cash to my lawyer or my ride or die best mate, what can her lawyers do? I would only have $500 in cash at any given moment.

I'd say I "donated" the money to a random charity so it technically wouldn't be mine anymore. If the judge rules in the gold diggers favour, I'd file for a personal bankruptcy.

I don't know what I'd do in his situation though. Probably liquidate everything and fly to SEA to live happily ever after in a giant mansion. Start a small business there for lulz and never look back.

my ex-fiance told me this EXACT SAME THING. Her mom pushed it on her that she should keep her money to herself, but we would share my money. LMFAO. There is no ez pass to get out of your divorce ass pounding. They are hip to any and all bad faith tricks. There was one brah who literally put his net worth into a pile of cash and set it on fire. The judge ruled he still owed her half, PLUS a penalty for trying to be slick lol.

The only way is to hide assets in such a manner that her lawyer can't prove it ever existed (maybe crypto?) or leave the country and never return.

If you have no children that is really the only way to get out of paying. Liquidate your assets and move to a 2nd world country. Costa Rica, Thailand, Philippines, etc.
