Best Websites/Resources for LEARNING about Bike Riding? (100k)

(GOAT prebike drink)
Just for those of us that understand that knowledge is power. And of course, I'm talking about bicycles, which is a fun and healthy exercise

I would like to put some weight on riding a bicycle outside
but want to know more about bikes first

I've heard riding a bike can speed up balding process.....due to having to wear a helmet

I hate bikes but Cyclist's Training Bible by Joe Friel is maybe the best training book I have ever read.
